Andrew was employed as a Quality Management Consultant with Midwich Limited whilst I was Managing Director there and subsequent to my retirement. I am pleased to be able to confirm that Andrew is a highly conscientious individual with a very positive work ethic, great integrity and thoroughness. He appraised, improved and maintained Midwich’s quality system to an extremely high level.

During his assignment, Andrew was also involved with Midwich’s Business Continuity Systems, advising, reviewing and auditing the plans, policies and documentation needed. I would have every confidence that any potential employer will find Andrew a valuable and trustworthy asset to his organisation.

In 2011, AeroDEC used AndrewBolton of ABC Quality Management Ltd to introduce AS 9100 into our Design Company which previously did not have a Quality Management System. Processes and procedures were developed and introduced to the staff which took an elapsed period of 6 months during which Andrew spent a total of 5 working days on site. Although much of the basic work was carried out by our own staff, Andrew was able to give guidance at all times and steer the project through to completion.

The resulting initial audit had only 6 small non conformances which were quickly cleared.

I found Andrew to be a flexible consultant willing to change track when required and to be able to get the best from the people around him. His extensive experience in this field showed through at every stage which was of great benefit to the Company and enabled the Quality Management System to be introduced with the minimum of problems. He was seen to be very organised, punctual and was good value in the completion of the project.

Andrew worked part time with AKP Ltd for 5 years, as a Quality Consultant, firstly refurbishing our ISO9001 Quality Management System, followed by the successful implementation of AS9100D.

Having made such an impact on the business he was invited to the board as part time Quality Director. Not afraid of rolling up his sleeves he also made tool shadow boards for the workstations and even painted the floor!

I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew to anyone who is serious about Quality Management.

As a Director of Nuvochem Ltd based in Cheshire, our organisation required the implementation of ISO9001 to improve operational efficiency, increase customer satisfaction, and boost credibility, enabling our organization to win more tenders. We contacted Andrew of C & A Quality Services Ltd who is based in Norfolk and requested that he be the Quality Consultant for my business.

We found Andrew to be very detailed in ensuring that all the required procedures matched what we were already doing with some additions required to meet specific ISO9001 requirements. He was very methodical, ensuring all topics were covered and the annual timetable he produced ensured the team were able to follow what was required both during the lead up to the 1st and 2nd stage audits and for the rest of the year. Communication was always prompt and concise and despite the distance between the 2 sites, was always effective.

The 2 initial audits are now complete and the ISO9001 certificate has been issued without any non conformances being raised which is a reflection of Andrew’s determination to get things right. I would recommend Andrew to any future organisation requiring ISO9001.
