As a Director of Nuvochem Ltd based in Cheshire, our organisation required the implementation of ISO9001 to improve operational efficiency, increase customer satisfaction, and boost credibility, enabling our organization to win more tenders. In 2011, AeroDEC used AndrewBolton of ABC Quality Management Ltd to introduce AS 9100 into our Design Company which previously did not have a Quality Management System. Processes and procedures were developed and introduced to the staff which took an elapsed period of 6 months during which Andrew spent a total of 5 working days on site. Although much of the basic work was carried out by our own staff, Andrew was able to give guidance at all times and steer the project through to completion.

The resulting initial audit had only 6 small non conformances which were quickly cleared.

I found Andrew to be a flexible consultant willing to change track when required and to be able to get the best from the people around him. His extensive experience in this field showed through at every stage which was of great benefit to the Company and enabled the Quality Management System to be introduced with the minimum of problems. He was seen to be very organised, punctual and was good value in the completion of the project.
