Why the Change?
The transition from ABC Quality Management to C&A Quality Services Ltd is more than just a fresh coat of paint. It represents a strategic shift in how we serve our clients.
In the past, much of our work revolved around 3rd-party auditing—the process of evaluating a business from the outside looking in. While auditing is essential, we found that our greatest value lies in consultancy. Instead of simply being the “judge” at the end of a process, we wanted to be the partner at the table, helping businesses build, refine, and optimise their systems from the ground up.
