Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between C & A Quality Services Ltd and its clients for the provision of Quality Management consultancy and training services.

1. Services Provided

C & A Quality Services Ltd provides professional consultancy specialising in the implementation, refurbishment, and auditing of Quality Management Standards, specifically:

  • Aerospace Standards: AS 9100D, AS 9110C, and AS 9120B.

  • General Standards: ISO 9001:2015 and upcoming versions.
  • Consultancy Scope: Services include gap analysis, master plan development, process/procedure development, internal audits, and pre-certification audits.
  • Interim Support: Fulfilling roles as a part-time or temporary Quality Manager to support organisations when internal resources are unavailable.

2. Quotations and Fees

  • Fixed Quotations: Where applicable, a fixed quotation will be provided following a request for quote.
  • Confidentiality: All quotations are provided on a confidential, no-obligation basis.
  • Expenses: For worldwide auditing and consultancy (covering 35 countries across Europe, Scandinavia, the Middle East, Far East, America, and Africa), travel and accommodation requirements will be agreed upon as part of the initial quote.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the effective implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS), the client agrees to:

  • Provide access to necessary documentation, personnel, and facilities required for audits or gap analyses.
  • Engage senior management in the QMS process, as required by the ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards.
  • Acknowledge that while C & A Quality Services Ltd provides expert guidance based on 20 years of lead auditor experience, final certification is granted by an accredited third-party body.

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • Data Usage: Data provided via enquiry forms is used solely to answer enquiries and is held securely within the company email system.
  • Third-Party Sharing: C & A Quality Services Ltd will never sell client data to third parties.
  • GDPR Compliance: The business adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for all personal data collection and processing.
  • Professional Secrecy: Given the sensitive nature of the aerospace, space, and defence sectors, all client methodologies and internal business processes remain strictly confidential.

5. Standards Transition (2026 Updates)

  • Advisory Nature: Clients are advised that updated ISO 9001 and AS 91xx standards are expected at the end of 2026.
  • Timeline Shifts: While C & A Quality Services Ltd monitors these updates, clients acknowledge that standard introduction dates have historically shifted.
  • Transition Period: Clients typically have a three-year window to transition to new versions once introduced.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, where the business is registered.
